making a plan like this won't work out in the long run

instead what I would recommend is planning 2-3 meals for breakfast / lunch that cover almost all of your needs, so you can be free to eat whatever at dinner as long as it fits the macros

breakfast should be calorie dense
lunch should be both calorie dense and have lots of protein


I tried planning meals like this too and it failed after a while. Especially if you're bulking, just eat whatever is needed to reach your goal and disregard macros (except proteins), the whole macro thing is for intermediate to advanced lifters.
