Kind of. I've done squats and deads before but always for high reps. I've been a swimmer and distance runner for years though.

I'm doing the bill star 5x5 and love it, gains on all my lifts, but the only accessory work I do are curls, dips, chin ups, lateral raises, sit ups. Or should I just not worry about it and keep on squatting, DL, and running for legs?

No excuses man. I'm 6'4 and my deadlift is 185kg x5 and squat is 160kg x5 @100kg bw, still on SS. Some variable in your training is definitely wrong. There is zero reason for you to stall at 100kg on the deadlift.

Not this guy, but it sounds mental. I was stuck at 225 bench for a while, but it finally took my lifting buddy hitting 315 for me to get it.

Ever since we've started taking MK-677, we've been running a powerlifting split that has upped all my maxes by like 20 at least. My squat is up from 195 to 245 in like 2 weeks.

>upper body heavy
>lower body heavy
>rest
>upper body form and speed
>lower body form and speed
>rest

>repeat

I'm 6'5" 210lb, and I thought my squats were never going to progress. I just wasn't doing them enough. However much you think is enough, do more. Do front squats, and highbar, and lowbar, reverse band squats, regular band squats, and any accessory work.
