I'd say gaining 2kg a month is optimal for leanish gains, so 20kg I could imagine a 10 month bulk.

No. 1kg a month is the max amount of lbm your body can put on in a month assuming IDEAL conditions, as a natty. Aim for a half lb a week or 2.2 lbs a month. Anything in excess is guaranteed fat
