A DAY:
- Squat (3x5)
- Bench (3x5)
- Power Cleans (3x5)
- Skull Cushers (3x10)
- Pull Ups (5x5)

B DAY:
- Deadlift (1x5)
- OHP (3x5)
- Bent Over Rows (3x5)
- Curls (3x10)
- Dips (5x8)

OHP: 155
DL: 265
Squat: 215

What do I do /fit/? Pure linear gains up to this point, adding 5 lbs per week for 6 months with this routine. Pls no bully about muscle imbalance, took me a while to get DL and Squat form.

You should not be stalling with those lifts.

Cut all the bullshit, stick with the press, bench, squat, and deadlift, and change deadlift to 1x a week. And change the pull ups to 2 sets. Rotate pull ups with chin ups for bicep gains.

currently doing grey skull lp with some added accessories. I know Im usually eating enough but there are a few days when I dont. Feel like Im gaining fat and no muscle or strength.
