Almost everyone in Hollywood has had some work done to their faces. It's not noticeable because plastic surgery isn't supposed to be. In fact, nowadays it isn't. It goes without saying that vegetarianism is not the only way to achieve this. Alternatives include minimizing red meat intake, avoiding iron-fortified products, regular blood donation (2 to 3 times a year if male, maybe once if female and pre-menopausal), or possibly regular platelet donation (at least 12 times a year if male, 3 or 4 if female and premenopausal). Obviously, you'll want to track your ferritin to make sure your diet, lifestyle and donation frequency are having the desired effect on your iron stores; we all eat differently, nor does everyone metabolize iron the same way.
