Its convenient to drink protein shakes for me sometimes, I don't always have them. Also, I use protein powder in recipes too, not just in shakes

been drinking this GNC Leanshake meal replacement stuff for the past 8 months. 200 calories per shake with some good protein, so it's good to tide me over so i don't overeat. chocolate tastes like ass though, and vanilla is only good after refrigerated

Salted Caramel is fucking GOAT, I use it in pancake mix as well as shakes.

Vanilla Raspberry is gross, i hated Choco PB too. Strawberries & Cream and Cookies & Cream are both pretty sexy though.

Flavored protein powder contains i pretty serious carcinogen in it which makes it very risky to consume. Once I found out I ditched a 2kg tub I'd just bought. Pretty gutted to lose it, but unflavoured is the way to go.

Just add your own cocoa powder to give it taste.
