How can I get as /fit/ as possible without leaving the house, besides to do cardio? im talking arm, chest workouts I can do in my living room. Also dont tell me to google it, I like getting advice from you guys.

you will work out 200 or even 300% more hard if you dont do it at home
at home you have distractions, you keep watching tv, checking threads on 4chan.
Unless you have a dedicated gym garage with a closed door and alot of equipment and a golden solid marine discipline dont even try it.
Just get a nice good 10bucks a month gym membership and do it there where you have nothing else to do but workout and have no distractions

a chest workout that worked for me was 10 diamond pushups into ten normal pushups into ten wide pushups into ten archer pushups (leaning side to side)
