got my brother into lifting, granted he doesn't have the strictest diet and a lot of weeks he only goes 2 times instead of 3 but after hearing all those stories about people giving up after a week I think I shouldn't be so hard on him. I guess going 2-3 times a week for 6months is decent.

What I don't get though is that he has all those big goals and seemingly a lot of motivation but when he doesn't feel like it he skips workouts instead of just going through with it. It has gotten better though the last couple of weeks.
