Not sure if this is credible or not, but this article says that boosters can increase test from 20-50%, while a low dose test cycle boosts about 300%. May or may not be worth it I guess.

Anyways if you wanna increase test take vitamin d, fish oil, magnesium, zinc, and get plenty of sleep. Those are your best bet in the natty realm, can't speak for the mutant zone however.

All great advice but i'd like to add some clarity on the supplements before some anon goes out and buys a bunch of crap and wastes his $,

This is great stuff but you gotta get D3, not D2, also the amount per gel cap should be 5000IU for best effects,

You must take vitamin D3 with vitamin K2, D3 increases your calcium absorption and without vitamin K2 to direct that calcium into your bones you can end up with a host of conditions like calcified arteries and calcified parathyroid glands so be sure to take a good K2 supplement with the D3.

There a lot of shit K2 suppliments on the market, not trying to shill but this is the best K2 supplement for americans (only ships in the US via amazon):

there are other good brands like Nutrigold & Doctor's Best but they aren't full spectrum.

>Fish Oil
Look for products high in EPA and DHA, also in the really good products on the market the oil comes in a re-esterified triglyceride form, better absorbed and doesn't give those fishy burps.

>Magnesium
Also comes in many forms, some are crap like magnesium oxide, you can flush that shit down the toilet cause you absorbe nothing from it.

look for magnesium malate, it has good absorption and doesn't give you the runs like magnesium citrate does. (doctor's best magnesium is also very well absorbed with no side effects even though its not magnesium malate).

>Zinc
zinc picolinate is probably one of the best forms to buy, it always comes in low amounts (15mcg - 50mcg) so make sure you're not buying a pill that is mostly filler so it looks bigger, zinc supplement pills should be small,

also dont go overboard on zinc since it can displace copper in the body and cause problems, some zinc products come with some added copper because of that.

Well i have no idea what the your levels are for these vitamins, but its a list of vitamins that like 99% of people are deficient in,
if you:
>work outside in the sun shirtless for 3 hours/day then you dont need vitamin D3
>eat a good amount of fish on a daily basis then you dont need fish oil

basically everyone are somewhat deficient in magnesium/zinc and blood test dont really show much about your levels, if your worried about too much zinc just get a supplement that doesn't go over the daily limit or stay close, as i said there are also vitamins that combine some copper with the zinc, like:http://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Zinc-Balance-Capsules

it has 15mg of zinc (100% daily value)
and 1mg of copper (50% daily value)

Basically everyone recommends between 2000IU-5000IU of D3 as a supplement, most base this on the fact that the daily value chart regarding vitamin D is not up to date and various studies done at 2000+ dosing show actual health benefits.

most people require over 2000IU to actually show a rise in their blood levels, some need 2000IU to maintain their levels, some 5000IU, the real way to know is with a blood test.

as far as i understand you shouldn't take 5000IU forever, more like 3-4 months to get your levels up and then take a maintenance of 1000IU-2000IU to keep the levels where they are.
