I've read the sticky and I've been lifting for 6 months now. I gained about 20lbs my intake is about 1600 cals a day I'm 22 years old and 6'2"
here are my stats
>Squates
115lbs
>Bench
100lbs
>d lift
135lbs
Any recommendations for supplements that can help my growth.
also what foods that are high in estrogen should I stay away from? Thanks

yeah they're all with the bar. I was about 116lbs when I started. I was deathly holocaust mode when I started aswell as an eating disorder which cleared up because of mutant mass. I'm a hard gainer I guess.
