Im sitting at about 220 right now. Lowest was 202 on september 1st and my highest was 305 in october of 2013. Im eating at a slight surplus and loading creatine to bring my metobolism back up to normal along with maybe even adding some lean mass on. Going to start a cut soon to hopefully reach my goal weight of 180lbs by april 1st. I was dieting pretty hard for a long time and after I hit 100lbs lost I just couldnt handle eating at my deficit any longer, It was becoming counter productive. I figure im holding at least 10lbs of water but its nice to be able to lift heavy again.

Do I need more 'strength base' or can I switch to aesthetics? My lifts aren't that good, but I'm pretty happy with my aesthetic gains doing SS.

Should I just do Stronglifts and keep going until it stops working?

Not gonna post in QTDDTOT since it's about to get archieved. Can I get an bf% estimate? I am on a cut and use the online calculators once in a month. I lost 2kg, but my bf% went from 19% to 20%. It seems like the calculators are shit, so I ask you guys.

I'm doing the vesion I made up, GOMILD, where you eat normal food but just a few more calroies.

SS is 3x5. SL is 5x5. It's impossible to do linear progression on 5x5 for a long time because you simply don't recover fast enough when the weights get heavy, and people doing SL are forced to switch to 3x5 eventually. If you've done SS for a while you're already past that point, and trying to add more volume will be a disaster.
