My bad, I assumed you were a total novice. That's not bad. Honestly at this point if you're looking for aesthetics, you can keep doing full body training and trying to maintain strength while going at a cut. With those numbers at that height and weight you must have some serious muscle beneath that 20% body fat, so I suggest going on a slow cut down to 185 or so. Honestly at this point in your training you can do most anything that will hit the major body parts twice per week. The split he has you on looks like you'd only be hitting things once a week, and so you're wasting recovery time there. I recommend push/pull or upper/lower split, 4 days for either, or 2-3 day full body training. Obviously if you're cutting you'd want less volume anyway.
