Regular calf raises and that seated version.

Yes they are tricky. But the bullshit about not growing is that. Bullshit. It is kinda they because you basically have to isolate them, unlike other muscles which can generally get worked in compounds.

If people put the same amount of effort into calves as they do with biceps.....

Don't forget tibialis. They tricky, but need work/love/hate too.
