Switch up from barbell to dbells. Add more shoulder exercises.

Mine went up from 25lbs on each side to 32.5 on each side.

However it went down back to 25 lbs my next workout :(

Because progressive overloading after lmao1plate is almost impossible. Adding 1.25 kg on each side is far too great a "jump" at that point.

Try adding more volume and more "assistance" work, like Seated Press, DB Press, Lateral Raises, etc.

Buy microplates. Trying to progress by 5 pounds is too difficult with OHP. Increasing by say 2.5 pounds a session is much more reasonable.
