My left one does too on occasion, ever since I broke it. Haven't noticed any problems with it, but it kind of makes me mentally uncomfortable.

I asked a doc about this once. I get a clicking/crunching sound when bending my knees. He said it was fine; just the ligaments or something moving around.

Some noise is fine.
Mine click the time and I've never experienced weakness or pain. I make sure to do plenty of dynamic stretches and warm them up before squatting.
I've had this since I was like 12 so not too worried about it
