I am on a cut. Not keto but ofc I eat carb free meals. This was my yesterdays (rest day) third meal. I sometimes replace meat with halumi cheese. And yes these are sliced pickles and I eat them when cutting. In Finland we call them "salt cucumbers". Yes there's salt but not even much, about 1-2g\100g. Good shit, low cal high taste.
