Is it okay to work lats before chest? Usually I bench first then do back after because who gives a fuck about back. Will my body be more tired and unable to lift what it usually can?

m8 you can't even see your back

as long as you can deadlift heavy and your lats are strong enough to not impair your bench who cares

Fuck man why are you asking us? Try it out and see if it works for you or not.

If you are doing close grip and going heavy it might be hard to keep your chest out of the equation so in theory it should impair your bench somewhat, or it might just be enough to warm you up.

Personally i dont notice any problems benching after doing weighted chins or whatever, but it might be different for you. Cant hurt to try.

This is b8 but for the retards that don't already know, tightening up your back with pronounce your chest more.

once you have a mind & muscle connection with your back it's game over..

best pumps, most fun muscle group to work

This is definitely true. Back has become so much fun for me now, I look forward to it even after I've just finished training it.

Usually leave a day between chest and back. Get a pain in my lats when I'm pressing heavy the day after on chest.
My lifts on chest are much better now I've put a 48hour gap inbetween.

Yup back has always been my favourite muscle group to train.

How tall do you have to be to be considered a bear?

Is 5'10 enough? I'm taller than most people in the UK and taller than half the men.

You have to be hairy as well m8
I'd say the cut-offs are
>AT LEAST 1,80 / 6' tall, but around 1,88 is optimal bear mode height
>bmi has to be over 25 (ofc with correct bf)
>bf should be ~15% (maybe a bit more) for optimal big-strong-and-built-but-still-aesthetic mode
And mot importantly:
>HAIRY HAIRY HAIRY!!! Chest hair obligatory
sorry to say brehs but no hair, no bear
