Your left side is fucked.
>>32209445
Your feet keep coming off the ground. Stop that.
Your toes come off the ground. That's not good.
Invest in a decent pair of lifting shoes. They're not that much and you'll get years of use outta them.

>this is what people who call themself actually look and lift like
daily reminder friends.

yeah i didn't have a full mirror so i didn't know the bar was uneven
>>32209497
>call themself
what?

Watch those toes, boy.

>his brain is not automaticly pasting missing parts into /fit/ sentences
he obviously meant "who call themself homegym masterrace actually look like"
my grip is uneven like OP too which causes the barbell to rest unevenly
I don't know how to fix it. I've been doing shoulder dislocations to no avail

is having my toes off the ground an indication that I need to lean forward more or just that I have bad shoes or what?
>>32209605
would you mind elaborating more on this? Are you saying that my hands are different distances from the center of the bar?
also is my barbell placement on my back ok? im doing high bar squats
Might just be the camera angle, but it looks like you're having trouble maintaining your balance.
Weight should be placed above center of feet for balance point.
>>32209445
Keep them toes and heels planted during all times.
I wouldn't recommend beginning to squat with an uneven bar.
Depth is okay.
Can't tell if you're bracing your core but you probably are.
Upper back seems tight enough.
I would tilt your head forward a little. Some studies suggest that the compression on the cervical portion of your neck can compromise force production, but there's plenty of evidence to suggest that people can still squat a fuckload anyway. B-

6 months of no gains?

I gained 20lbs but im still small. Im 160lb now
Either squat barefoot or wear lifting shoes. Those look unstable as fuck.
