Is it true fit that sleeping on a bed (like pic related) can hurt you back and fuck your posture ?
I'm planning to sleep on some thick duvet on the ground.
Also, posture thread.
I did that for about a year but had to stop because we had some mice take up residence in our house. I recommend it.

I enjoy my big warm bed. Cold hard ground doesn't feel as nice. I sleep on the floor when needed.
