Sigh. I'm doing lowbar, I can't seem to balance the bar on my traps, it's supposed to fit nicely in the groove, but it keeps sliding down dominantly on my left side. I have to push the bar really hard, and it slides down at the bottom, I have to slide it back going up.

What is happening?

My guess is it's either an elbow positioning issue or your standing too upright causing the bar to slide down your back.

Play with an empty bar and see if you can find that sweet spot.

I've had a 50$ bike last me for 6-7 years and then I splurge on a nice one since I cycle so much and now look what happened. Fuck. How do you guys relax or unwind?

look up a little but more. Not necessarily straight ahead even, but I wouldn't have my head quite that low. Maybe look at the ground ~3-5 ft (1-1.5m) in front of you.

I see people in my gym squatting like this with a narrower stance and feet pointing forward.
It's like they've literally watched anyone squat in their lives. Seriously, at least watch a fucking video of an exercise before you attempt it otherwise you're completely wasting your time and more likely to injure yourself.
