Im starting to wonder if there are such things.
I find the former fatty good feels threads are the most motivating things ever
I'm sitting here now, junk food at my disposal, really fat and not exercising or eating healthy
I know it won't even take that long to get fit and the struggle will end once I get used to the habit of being healthy, but I haven't started yet
I've known this information for a long time and had I started back then I would have made it by now. If I start working towards my goals right now and don't stop I'll be a winner by 2016

I've just got to get up this very second and drink some water and do some jogging or something and make a start
But I'm still typing

But some that were here a few minutes ago are out running or lifting weights right this second
We're still here failing and we need to stop
We have to get up right this second and do something.
This feeling, this force that's holding you down on your seat, making you not bother even if you really want to do it is the reason so many people don't make it
Those motivational videos on youtube have millions of views but I bet a very small percentage of people take action.
You could give up and get a job and not bother your whole life and that's what everyone does
But we all know what we've gotta do and we all know we can do it and we must do it because it's the only way to make our dreams a reality
The force holding you down will disappear the second you get on your feet and the urge to go back to your seat will disappear after you form good habits
Get up, we all need to get up, it's not about being motivated it's about discipline, we've gotta march through the pain because on the other side of it is greatness
