I really don't know anything about using weights, and there are about a billion different programs out there.

I was going to use a 5x5 one I found. Deadlift, bent-over row, military press/shoulder press. Then squat, bench press, pull-up/chin-up on the other day.

Is there a different one I should consider?

Having low bf gives you a good physique. If you have good stats and low bf% you're going to have a good physique. The only things that really vary are your insertions which can vary how good you look. What program you do is irrelivant as long as it incorporates most of your bodyparts. There are no weak bodybuilders and there are no DYEL powerlifters. Hypertrophy is linked completely to strength if you're a natty. Theres no denying it.

You should go to a serious gym sometime. I go to a gym that has competitive powerlifters, strongmen, and bodybuilders.

The bodybuilders are ridiculously weak and have trouble repping 4 plate on deadlifts and have trouble squatting 4 plates half way. These guys are huge too.

It really surprised me how weak they are.

Being able to rep 4pl8 deadlifts is not weak. maybe by /fit/ standards but you're delusional if you think somebody with a low amount of muscle mass can rep out 4pl8s with moderate ease. You're also not counting in the amount of gear that most bodybuilders are on, and im not just talking roids, i mean stuff to keep thier bf% down as well.
