This shit fucking scares me, when I stand my knees always hyperextend and when I was doing leg press they would do the same thing, I fixed it quick but shit. It's a good thing I was going light because if I had 6 pl8s on there the same thing would have happened to me

>>31269375
she looks like she's in pain even before her knees inverted lockout- she likely has some pre-existing condition and this was some sort of physical therapy for her that did not go well. i have super flexible joints myself and have had the smaller ones inverted lock out before (toes, feet) and that shit huuuurtts, i can't imagine the pain of it happening to both legs

how DARE you even consider the idea that a woman would ever be 'asking' for 'it'. this website is literally trash and is just a big testosterone filled pool that drowns any dignity that women have left after the patriarchy has done so much for them

oh and by the way ive been on here before so you wont be able to insult me :)

I'm sure we can come up with some good body weight snap cities. If you're doing a proper progression, there's definitely room for fucking up. Like I imagine dislocating a shoulder isn't out of the question.

What the fuck is going on there
>>
It looks like its automated or something, her movements look odd and the guy looks like hes trying to push something at the end.
>>
>>31269636
women are naturally like 4-5x more flexible than men
>>
>>31269582
You're meant to lockout.
>>
>>31269672
I dont' know what's wrong with HER knees, but that's definitely not a real concern for average person.

I know MY knees are strong at logout, but then my joints hyperextend like that. Like you see some girls whose arms are curved when extended fully. My arms extend straight out. THat's a strong locked position.
>>
>>31269375
Normal functioning knees could easily support a shitload more weight at lockout than she could conceivably press, so probably Joint hypermobility.
That's not to say you should make it a habit to lock out with heavy weights, but this is never going to happen to you unless your joints are shit tier.
>>

you'll never get me to go to snap city you gains goblins

>>

jk

You can still fuck up a lot more using free weights if you're a retard.
>>
What's the point of locking out? There's not much stress on the muscle at that point
>>
>>31269727
From what I can tell she probably has been unable to use her legs for a while. E.g. an accident or an inborn issue. This might be the first time she's used her legs in years. This would explain the people standing around, her crying and the joint failure
>>
And it looks like a store
>>
>>31269629
>>31269628

except he's benching 700lbs and it looks like he's geared both in clothing probably pharmaceutical (cheating fraud on all counts)

note that he trained from 0-400 probably fairly injury free at his bodyweight

does it really surprise anyone that an elbow can snap under 350 pounds of pressure?

Actually not as bad as it looks. The only major structure that would have been ruptured is the cruciate ligaments and maybe a bit of the femoral -tibial minisci. The hamstring muscles might have been sprained or torn as well which would have been the most painful part. Even with it not being as bad as it looks she definitely tore those ligaments and maybe a tendon which it gonna be a bitch to heal. Rip.
>>
>>31269728
what's the point of that thing
>>
>>31269836
shut up nerd
>>
I just walked to the kitchen to grab a drink and I was afraid of locking out my knees while walking... How will I ever legpress again?
>>
>>31269531
Never lock out on leg press, stop just before and save your knees. Anyone saying otherwise is retarded, dyel, or soon to be injured.
>>31269674
No it isn't.

>>31269730
>4-5x more flexible

No.
>>
>>31269728

Why do people smoke cigarettes or heroine
Why do people worship and kill for Allah
Why do people drink and drive
Why do people abort children
Why do people vehemently fight for a political affiliation

>>
>>31269875
>never lock out on leg press
what about squats
>>
>>31269876
>>31269728
Her bodyweight pulls the seat down, you realize she's pushing herself up instead of a weight.
It's not a normal leg press machine
>>
>>31269876
Yeah just noticed that too! I guess the machine does all the moving while she does... well nothing. That's also why it broke her knees, she probably was slightly over-extended at the lockout.

So yeah, a torn cruciate ligament is not as bad as it looks
>>
>>31269819
Thanks, anon.
>>
>>31269881

Remember where we are anon.
>>
>>31269914
hmm the scream isnt as bad as i thought it would be
>>
>>31269908
Entirely different movement on where the weight is dispersed mechanically. Obviously you lock out at the top but never for long before racking it or doing more reps
>>
>>31269914
Does it audibly crunch?
I want to hear it but I also kind of don't.
>>
>>31269929
Have you ever torn your cruciate? I have and it's really fucking painful. I couldn't walk properly for 4 months. I'd rather my whole leg snaps in half then fuck my cruciate.
