5'9, 84kgs started about 1 year ago at 62 kgs. Pretty annoyed with my progress since I spent 1 month physically incapable of eating and then the next month trying to overcome anxiety so I could eat when mh gf broke up with me. Did I do good /fit/?

Distending is stretching, yes, by drinking a glass or 2 of water before every meal for example, anything to increase your food volume will do it really. Progressively overloading your plate :^)

I'm naturally a dyel and even before I lifted I was 10% bf. I should start meal planning that's really what's key in keeping your bf low even while making gainz unless you want to bulk but even then you should be dieting. Also my workouts are high weight and high reps. The least amount of reps I hit in any set is 6. Like for example flat bench Im hitting lmao2pl8 for 10,8,8,6. High reps will get you cut but you won't gain mass as easily

Why shouldn't I be cutting? Squat and bench are weak for me, deadlift was 180 before the cut, and OHP was 70. I don't really care about good lifts, I just want to look good. For me, that means loosing fat.

eh, idk man just keep trying to add as much muscle as you can without getting too fat. Don't be like me and get to 20% bodyfat and then be afraid to lose gains by cutting too hard. I think the best way to go about it would be to get to 185+ lbs fairly lean and then do a tiny cut. Either way it depends on how big you want to be. In my eyes you could probably continue your bulk until you hit 1 year lifting, just don't get too fat.

Once I started really focusing on upper chest I finally saw some growth there. Still lagging, but eh All compound lifts are 3x5, isolations 3x8-12.

TDEE for me is ~2200. So when cutting I've gone as low at 1500/day, when dirty bulking as high as 3,000/day. Lean bulking @ 2600 now through April. Pic is results of my last cut at the end of November, probably about 10 or 11%. I miss that definition, but I needed to bring up my size, especially in the chest.

Nooo, didn't dirty bulk for 6 months. I actually goofed and spent the first 2 months cutting because I thought all I wanted was dem abs. Ended up at 125 pounds looking like an emaciated runner with no mass. That's when I got into a real gym, dirty bulked for a few months, then cut down to the 2nd pic, and have been lean bulking since, currently at the first pic posted. I like the flow of bulking ~3 months, then cutting, then repeating the process. That's my plan for 2015. Might just try to leave humanity behind, idk.
