I work for my hospital's lift team, can confirm that these fatass fat fucking pieces of shit take more time and effort than anything. Usually theyre semi-mobile at home, but in the hospital they don't move at all, and usually that's all it takes for them to make a very very slow, expensive and painful death spiral. How bad is your reading comprehension? Seriously, that does not say the foods are calorie free, it says they don't have significant amounts of sugar, and won't cause insulin spikes. All of the foods listed have extremely low sugar and carb content, and high fat/protein, basically ketogenic foods that wouldn't need to be counted to daily sugar intake which diabetics need to keep a close eye on.

I take care of all my residents to the best of my abilities whether I hate them or not. There's always going to be people you hate at the job you just have to keep it inside and put a big smile on your face, that's like the second rule of nursing.
The reasons I hate getting the morbidly obese as residents are 1) I have to neglect all my other residents because it takes a ridiculous amount of time doing anything for them. It's not fair to them that the nursing home refuses to hire more than a skeleton staff of aids and that a 300+ pound whale needs TWO of these cnas to help do anything. 2) No amount of proper body mechanics is gonna prevent your back getting fucked from trying to take care of these people. 3) They're always the least apologetic of all my residents. They make you do everything for them because they're too lazy and no amount of goading or encouragement will make them follow the plan the physcial therapists have set out for their rehab. Same, not necessarily physical ugly duckling but just my attitude. I'm liberal and half the girls I knew in HS and college were feminist, so I made the mistake of treating women like equals for far too long. Learned the hard way that even feminist women hate being treated like equals, wasn't until Junior year of college that I manned-up and learned to just take charge and be assertive.
Once I started getting a more cynical attitude toward women I became far more successful.
Turns out respect for women is inversely proportionate to success with women, who knew.
