vitamin A will cure your acne. but at great cost.
i took 8,000IU a day (one gel capsule). it worked very well. but i also went binge drinking on it and i couldnt shit for a month and lost all my gains.
blood test came back normal so my liver was still functioning but i fucked something up
vitamin A in retinol palmitate form, not the precursor. It made the redness on my chin go away, not a single pimple left, and all my marks almost gone. i had the skin of a girl with makeup on.
but it fucked my liver. so i will tell u, if u do this, be very careful...
if u dont want to be that extreme, i use tumeric+honey masks every few days and aspirin as a spot treatment.

I have done three months already and am nearly completely acne free, would totally recommend.
Only side effect I've had is extremely dry lips and that's about it.

I'm currently using Pigmentclar by LaRoche-Posay and it seems to be working really well. It's expensive in my country though.
