How do you even position the barbells for barbell flyes? I can bench 105kg but I tried positioning those barbells for a good 10 minutes and it didn't work at all. I couldn't just curl them up either because they would be imbalanced, I could only position one. Taking both barbells on my lap was really awkward and couldn't get them up properly.

You need some kind of lubricant or really sweaty hands. Position like you're doing close-grip bench press, then, keeping your arms straight, spread them until you're in a wide-grip bench press position.. The bar will lower. Doing an exercise to hit your "inner chest" is just doing another chest exercise. There is nothing wrong with working your chest more but if you think you are hitting the inner chest more than the outer you are wasting your time. Any gains or work done is for the whole chest.
