Some dynamic stretching and then rowing machine for five minutes if it's bench or ohp day and stationary bike for ten if it's squat or deadlifts. Always start with the bar and then progresivly work up to my main sets with 5s, triples and maybe a double.

I don't know what's all this about stretching and cardio. I've been lifting for over three years and the only warm-up I do is my compounds at a lighter weight.
