still not /fit/ but im breaking DYEL after a long ass time of working out
before:
>couldn't do a single fucking push up
>was scared to talk on the phone
>disgustingly skinny and lanky
now:
>look like a normal person now
>healthy weight, some muscle
>can talk to people IRL without trouble
still haven't gotten mired, hopefully next year i will
>tfw functional autist that can talk to people no problem

before
>lazy, slept, masturbated so much, skinny fat, in a shit relo and job.
>Could only bench 20kg as a 22 year old male
>shitty skin and lanky.
Now:
>dating a cutie Jap/scottish girl who gyms with me.
>Just hit 60kg bench for 5 reps for 5 sets.
>Now 13 kg heavier but still lanky (I'm 6"4")
>Bartend and also finished studying management so I can move up in my field.
People have noticed my change and people from work ask to gym with me now and then.
Lifes pretty good.... havent stopped smiling since hitting my PB on bench.

It's been nice for the health benefits but that's about it. I just don't see it affecting much else in my life.
I've always been noticed by the opposite sex as is.
I want to say it helps with my job. But being able to work harder than my co workers doesn't mean I get paid more. At least it makes it easier. Such is life.
