ITT: Lifts that don't get enough love on /fit/
Snatch Grip High Pulls: God tier for traps, rear delts, and upper back, as well as explosiveness.
Landmine Press: Great incline bench substitute, good for pressing power, looks alpha as fuck.
Straight Arm Pulldowns: Awesome for lats, great for hypertrophy work.

>all these snowflake lifts
literally no reason to do any variations of a snatch pull unless you do weightlifting.
keep it simple friend.

>Aka JUST my shoulders brah
The wide grip and shrug at the top alleviates any shoulder worries, similar to the shrug at the top of an OHP.
>Another JUST exercise
Nice explanation

You wrote out that response for the first one without thinking about anything to say for these two, right?

I think the SGHP is overall kind of a shitty lift. The idea isn't bad, but hardly anyone is actually going to do one from the floor correctly. From blocks ends up working a lot better for most purposes (although not so much if you're aiming for weightlifting performance).

I found them really good at developing traps and rear deltoids, so much so that I dropped shrugs and facepulls entirely. I do them from a hang in the 3-6 rep range.

Did he glue pubes on his face?
I tried overhead shrugs for a bit as a finisher after OHP. They were alright, nothing groundbreaking tho. I think it was t nation that had an article promoting them and face pulls for shoulder health. I really like face pulls and have put them in regular rotation... overhead shrugs were just ok by comparison. (Yes I know they're not targeting the same muscles).
