Hey /fit/, 18 y/o here
Constantly teased for my weight, 6'0 115lbs
My dad is a nutritionist and from what he told me (what foods were ideal etc) this is what I came up with for a mealplan, i.e. i'll eat the same things everyday:
Morning:
- Omelette with 5 eggs
- 1 bowl of 100g of Jordans nature
- 4 toasts with jam and butter
- 1 shake of 1L full milk, 1 tablespoon of PB, 1 scoop of ON chocolate whey, and 200g of oats
Lunch:
- 2 chicken breasts with 1 broccoli
- 2 yoghurts for desert (can't find greek yoghurt to save my life)
- 200g of pork
Dinner:
- Pizza
- Salad with chunks of lard
- 4 bananas
- Another shake

Forgot to say that I've been doing SS for three months
DL is 80kg
Squat is 60kg
Bench is 55kg

People treat me like shit because of my weight
First, I don't think you'll be able to eat all that. Second, that seems boring as shit and if you can manage to eat it all you will want to change after a week. Third I'm pretty sure that's more than 4000 kcal.
Breakfast alone: 5 eggs is about 350 kcal without taking into consideration the oil used to fry them. 4 slices of white bread is roughly 100 kcal per slice so 400 plus jam and butter. The muesli is like 350 and the milk is about 600. Then your Pb and whey and oats in the shake I'm sure you're pushing half your daily calories already. The other meals are also enormous, I can't imagine eating that every day and I fucking love eating.
Even if you can manage to eat it all every day for months, you'll just get fat unless your taking PEds. Caloric surplus is needlessly high.
I haven't been on here in a while so maybe this is a new copy pasta but otherwise this will be totally unsustainable for you.

I used to be in your situation, OP, although I had about 15 pounds on you when I started and at the same height (still low musculature and low body fat). It'll come with time. At that weight I can't imagine you've played sports all that much so you're basically starting from zero. Godspeed, you'll get there eventually.

Retarded plan. If you don't mix it up you'll burn out hard after maybe 2 weeks and you won't touch these foods again. Learn to cook asshole, there's recipes all over /fit/
And drink a pint of milk a day - $2 for 1200 calories, easy to do, relatively healthy, MAKE SURE IT'S VITAMIN D
Tell your dad he's shit at his job for letting his son be so much of a twig
Calculate TDEE eat +500 more cals. Thats all lad, unless you like fat then eat at 4000 kcal or even more.
