The heat in itself isn't to relevant it's all about how much water you throw on.
Live in Sweden atm and go to this shit gym where you aren't allowed to throw water on the rocks you have to pus a button and some sprinkler pisses some water on it. You can never get it hot enough since the humidity is too low and that sauna is around 90.
