My girl is a similar build OP and she could probably use to lose 10 to 15 pounds. There is nothing you can do though, they have to want it themselves. No woman wants someone to tell them to lose weight, they want to lose it themselves then have everyone congratulate them
The only thing you can do is improve your own body and hope it makes her want to improve her own. Also do cardio together if you want her to do it.
The most important thing though is that she has a healthy lifestyle and won't get fat later in life. My gf could lose some pounds but she eats healthier than anyone I know, her problem is too large portions and a slight sweet tooth for desert. Because she has a generally healthy lifestyle but doesn't count calories strictly, she has been losing weight extremely slowly for like 3 years and has never gained any weight. 5'7" female here. Used to be ~170lbs when I lifted a lot and started bulking. I honestly didn't think I looked bad. Basically what happened is I told my doctor that I was technically overweight but "BMI is bullshit, and anyways, it's not like I look that bad, right?" And he just didn't say anything and stared at me because he didn't want to offend me.
After that I realized I was fat. Started doing C25K, actually eating right, and lost about 20lbs. Still have some muscle and dat ass from my bulk but I definitely don't lift as much now.
