What's fits schedule look like on a normal work day?

7:30am to 9:30am workout
9:30am to 9:50am walk dogo
9:50 to 10 shower
10 to 10:20 make food
10:20 to 12:30 free time
12:30 to 1pm lay restless
1pm to 9pm sleep
9:00pm to 10:00pm get ready for work and make lunch for work
10:00pm 7:30 am work

I have no set schedule because I'm doing a PhD, and it's really starting to mess with my head. It particularly ruins my sleep. Going cocoon mode in July to regain some semblance of normality.

2:15pm to 3:00pm shuttle, drive home, etc
4:00pm to 5:30pm gym
5:30pm to 7:30pm unwind, eat, dishes, make meal for tomorrow, etc
7:30pm to 3:30am sleep

8:30 wake up as late as possible, toss on clothes and drive to work
9:00 arrive at work
12:00 lunch break. Time to drink seltzer water and pretend i am not fasting so my coworkers dont suspect i am a crackhead.
5:00 if training day, drive straight from work to qdoba, get a burrito with double meat, no rice. Eat half (~400kcal and 25g protein). As a preworkout while driving to gym.
Lift.
Finish burrito.
Go home.
Eat whatever boyfriend cooked
Shower
Massage
Bed
Fin.

I evaluate cells using a microscope for evidence of cancer. I'm at a desk all day so I feel like I need to get a lot of exercise or else I'll get fat. It's really not as bad as it looks, I like my schedule.
