Dude it depends on a lot of factor...I really get sick of what /fit/ has because you guys think that picking up weights and getting swole / ottermode instantly means you won't be autistic. Girls are going to notice that you look good, but they won't jump out of the bushes and try to sit on your face. It comes down to your charisma, confidence, aptitudes, and ability to talk to women. There are little chubby dudes with glasses banging solid 9 / 10s on the reg because they can talk to girls and have a sense of humor.
Girls just don't care as much as guys do about appearance. Nothing wrong with looking good, but half of you guys are focusing on the wrong thing.

When I was fat and women rarely went out of their way to talk to me, I was always nervous around them - I didn't mind, but still. Now, even though I haven't "made it" yet, my physique is better than 65% of guys my age and my face looks much better, and even though I'm a manlet, women now talk to me and I have gained shitton of confidence
