Here's one of my favorite meals: The Egg n' Cheese Sandwich
Here's what you need:
>3/4 cup Egg Beaters
>2 slices Killer Dave's 21 Grain Bread
>1 slice Low-Fat Jarlsburg Swiss Cheese
>Handful of Spinach
>Tabasco Sauce
To make, scramble the Egg Beaters until cooked to omelette-consistency and toast bread until crispy and slightly brown. Put around half of the egg beaters into each bread slice, apply tabasco sauce and spinach on top. Afterwards, put swiss cheese on top of sandwich contents, fold bread, and microwave for 30 seconds to let the cheese melt. Enjoy with a cup of milk.
And nutrition-wise? Hella based:

>48 g carbs
>6.5 g fat (1.5 saturated)
Any cheese can be used. I use Havarti, but Laughing Cow, swiss, or anything else can be used.

As an alternative sauce, assuming you can make room calorie wise, is to get a punnet of cherub tomatoes. Get half of them and cut them on half. Get a little bit of butter and melt it in a pan on medium heat then dump the tomatoes in and let them reduce for ten minutes. Then pour that over your food.

As an experiment though I cut out about 90% of my wheat consumption for a week (not carbs, just wheat) and felt fine - whatever. It was only after eating wheat again for a day that I felt a little sick/gassy/bloated
I suppose I'm mildly sensitive to wheat (most people probably are), so I avoid it whenever practical

I think I have a fucking small stomach or something. If I eat a fucking 2 egg omelette with a couple slices of turkey at around 8:00 A.m., I feel it in my stomach until about 3 P.m. It feels like a brick is in my stomach all day, so I don't worry about lunch at work.
