Good session this morning.
Rehab squat 3X5 @255, very happy that these felt good because I'm very close to weights that previously caused pain. Also if I can help it I'll never do another squat session without compression pants. So fucking comfy.

Deadlifts 5X2 @87%, 2X5 @72.5%.
Bench 2X8 @70%, [email protected]%

Everything is feeling very solid. Honestly felt like a pretty easy session. Happy with it.

This is the second week in a row I end up increasing squat 3x5 max on monday and then on wednesday I can't even squat my 80% for a single to parallel.
Same goes for the bench,I had to stay on monday's weight.
