i have a standard vinyl barbell with 100lbs, a pull up bar and a trap bar with 4 45lbs plates
i want to keep it simple i'm thinking about adding push ups

thats a whole lot of volume and variety, looks good but i'd suggest lifting something over your head while standing. theres plenty i'd substitute for overhead pressing

Cheers, now I've only started looking other peoples routines and I was wondering why say for example 3x8 instead of just 24 reps? After each set do you have a rest?
What are the best accessory exercises to go with ss?

yup, usual convention is rest 60-90 seconds between sets with higher reps (8-12) and rest 3-5 minutes between sets with lower reps (1-5).
Listen to your body, do your next set when you feel ready but don't sit around for 20 minutes with your thumb up your ass.
