What are your overall life goals /fit/? I want to be a millionaire app developer.
Sorry to be THAT guy senpai, but unless you have an app idea that would solve a serious problem and interest investors, I don't think there's a high chance of you becoming a millionaire out of an app.

Try it yourself. It puts textbook stress on your body, but it's not that hard on you. I've been taking it for two months with no negative side effects except for difficulty sleeping the first day or the week (I take on day off a week).
If you're young and healthy, and don't take stupid high doses, you should be fine. It helps cut fat.
EC helps because it suppresses your appetite and gives you energy.
It will contribute to about an extra 100 calories burned a day through increasing resting heart rate, oxygen consumption, fidgeting, etc
Side effects are annoying at first. I had a panic attack the first time I tried it about 7 years ago.
Getting hungry and lethargic are the worst things about cutting. EC fixes that.
For me it's a preworkout sup more than a cutting tool. Just be careful because you can become dependent and addicted to it.

I don't understand the ppl (@ 1x p/w it has same volume as brosplit, @ 2x p/w it's to much)
Full body trainings are inconsistent in hitting muscle groups because a training is too long if you want to hit everything at same intensity every training.
uppler/lower 2x p/w is goat because it's the optimal frequency and you can keep the volume low and intensity high.
I began doing this type of squat to develop my vastus medialis muscle. Anyone else do this?

The exercise was invented by Charles Poliquin to specifically strengthen the VMO muscle.
I am a 6'2 59kg 18 year old and ive been going to the gym for about a month now and ive been just been doing cardio to make up for my shitty lungs due to smoking heaps, Ive gotten way fitter and im super stoked. However im real self conscious about my skinny forearms, like my biceps are pretty toned and look okay and I can do 50 push ups in a set and lift my body weigh but my forearms seem to stay lanky and shitty, is there anything I can do to fix this?

Shit sucks, i had a really nasty sprain that i just got over. Wrap it with an ace bandage while at work to take some stress off of it. Try not to rely on it constantly or you're ligaments will scar and not be as strong as they could be
I also massaged my ankle every night and would balance on it and move my other leg/body to help build up the ligaments. Try to work on the flexibility as it heals more. I didn't and now I have trouble squatting to parallel since it healed, so I've been trying to fix that
This is a couple of days after I slipped off a rail walking along a railroad track and landed on the side of the foot in your image.. all of my 240 lbs from about eight inches. .. It got better and I was 90 years old when it happened....
It still can act up.. sometimes the ankle will pop when walking.. but it doesn't remind me of the injury going about my daily life....
I can hike in the mountains, dance , run.. whatever just need to be aware
How do you make your own protein shakes actually taste good? Pic related tastes delicious, but whenever I try to make my own protein shake, it turns out grainy and awful. The protein usually just floats to the top and/or clumps up when I mix it with milk. Do you need to use a blender? Post your techniques because I'm lost.

How much speed do you need to actually punch a hole into a suspended piece of paper with your fist? Is it even possible except in the movies?

The key variable is "paper". You can imagine anyone could punch a hole in an A1 sheet of construction paper, but an A4 sheet of office paper would be more difficult. Also "fist". If you just punched it it would be difficult, but if you pierced it with a single knuckle it would be easier to break it.
OP think of Bruce Lee as like a miniature Connor McGregor. Looks fancy and has an agile appearance but he is practically defenseless against someone who is like 6'4 and weighs 240lbs. Did you see the video of Connor punching the Mountain? All the big guy had to do was grab hold of him and not let go. Those fancy wrist bends and pressure points aren't going to work against someone who is huge and doesn't let you bend their hand - it's like a puppy trying to bite you.
Let's just go with A4 and a normal fist. No phoenix eye or nukite bullshit. How would you even calculate how much speed/force you'd need?

MMA fighter here. I need to cut muscle. Biceps are accidentally too large from old job bending pipe. Im a few lbs off of being able to make my lower weight class. Google has thus far been useless in providing a routine for intentional atrophy. So here we are. Help me obi/fit/ Kenobi you're my only hope.
