Does anyone else get an explosive temper from lifting? I don't do steroids so it can't be roid rage. I've only ever really seen my dad really angry a few times, so I don't think it has anything to do with the way I was raised. I'll go ballistic over shit and only realize how stupid it was later on. But in the moment I'm just so fucking angry I don't see it. I'm scared I'll end up hurting or killing someone by accident.

My 14 year old brother has started going to the gym and wants me to help him with a routine, I've drawn him up a simple PPL to get him started, what do you guys make of it? All with DB/kettle bells, then moving on to barbell exercises and more advanced lifts after a few months. All 3 sets of 8-12 reps

How do I prevent my squat from turning into a squat morning? I squat lowbar. I notice that at the end of my sets when I'm running out of steam I end up getting my butt up and then doing a goodmorning to finish the rep. I've been trying to put my knees forward more to involve the quads more like Max Aita said in 1, but find my quads giving out eventually (probably because my quads are weak) so I end up doing the squat morning. I've done this for a year so now I'm pretty good at it but obviously it's not a correct squat.

I had the same problem OP, and I fixed it by front squatting, i simply couldn't break the habit of leaning forward as my torso was too weak and i didn't brace my torso properly (via valsalva manoeuvre), front squatting fixed it.

What's the best ab exercise to help fix my anterior pelvic tilt? I don't want to do leg raises because I don't want to risk strengthening my already tight hip flexors. I was thinking planks and dragon flags, are they good?

Stretch your hip flexors and psoas. Look up Kelly Starretts videos on it. That is all you need to do to fix APT.
I'm already stretching my hip flexors, doing the lunge stretch and sitting on a deep squat stance with my elbows forcing my knees open throughout the day, I just wanted something to improve my posture even more
