Hey fit, I'm 24 - 1m73 and weighed 66,8kg at the beginning of February. Started cutting (1300kcal a day) and working out 2-3 times a week (cardio+weights). Got quite fast down to 65kg but now it seems I'm stuck at 63,6 for the last two weeks.
Why is that? Is my body used to my routine by now? If so, what can I do to continue to lose weight?
Wanna go down to 60kg so still 3,6kg to go.. JLaw goal body lol. She's about as tall as I am, do you guys think she weighs 60kgs? Maybe I have to go down even more to reach my goal :o

Your TDEE does go down as you lose weight. Simply put, it's now easier for your body to do the things it needs to do all day, such as walking around. You're carrying less weight around with you.
Re-evaluate your calories in-calories out math.

DOMS can be managed with thorough stretching post workput. Also, once you start working out, your doms will go away. So get on the schedule you want to be on and stick with it, in 2 weeks this won't be a problem.
I use my gyms body analyzer every other week. Been on a cut however 2 weeks ago I was 185 lbs at 19.2% BF and although I dropped down to 180 lbs my BF% is only 19% does this mean I lost a majority of my muscle mass? Any help or advice? Currently consuming 1400 calories a day 6 days a week and not really gauging my Sundays. Will post my second BF% in the 2nd post

If you are using the tanita 410 like the receipt says it is one of the ones that uses electricity to measure bodyfat, meaning it is strongly affected by current water and salt levels
also your first 5lbs is probably just carbohydrates

Does anyone else get an explosive temper from lifting? I don't do steroids so it can't be roid rage. I've only ever really seen my dad really angry a few times, so I don't think it has anything to do with the way I was raised. I'll go ballistic over shit and only realize how stupid it was later on.
