>tfw lifting didn't bring her back
>tfw got dumped by my first gf before i started lifting
>tfw gym for 3 years, 3 cycles of testE and trenA
>tfw she wrote me 2 weeks ago and said she wants to hang out and talk about past times
>mfw i will fuck her in the ass
>mfw i will disregard her after fucking her in the ass

>eat canned tuna
>start sneezing, coughing, nose gets stuffy
Anyone here /fitbit/? I was thinking about getting one but I really don't see how the price is justified for the simple shit they do.
I really only want something that monitors my heart rate and blood pressure, and hopefully tells the time if it's going to be on my wrist all day. Do they even monitor blood pressure?
What's your take on these things?
I got a fitbit charge HR for my birthday a few months back. It's useful to track sleep and to gauge activity level throughout the day, but other than that, it doesn't do much of anything else.
I like it as a gift but I wouldn't spend my own personal money on one.
What the fuck gives?
I'm a 250lb 5'11, 22 year old chap who's struggled with weight his whole life. 2 years ago I lost 60lbs, got down to 220lbs eating 1300 calories a day. Life happened and I ate my way back to 260 or so.
I've been eating 1850 calories a day along with weightlifting and one or two cardio sessions a week. I should be losing 2 lbs a week, but I've lost 6 lbs in the past 5 weeks.. Literally what could be the reason? Its so annoying. I'm tempted to be stupid and drop down to 1300 again just so the weight will go away....

Gimme tips to reach 4000-5000 kcal a day senpai
I'm an anorexic weighing 110lbs at the same height struggling with food
Tfw when 5'11 at 17 and told I would grow to 6'1
Tfw joined the army and shrunk to 5'9
Tfw will never win at life and I have a bad back on top of it
>italy, spain and greece 5'10 on average
kek, more like 5'8 at most, i'm 6'1 and tower over almost everyone in mediterranean countries, people there are obviously shorter on average than they are here in the UK
I am looking for a gym to get started with stronglifting. I know jackshit about fitness equipment. The gym near me suits my most of my needs, but the only thing that would allow me to do squats and overhead presses is this pathetic looking piece of garbage i outlined with red.
Will it suit me? Or i shouldn't even bother with this gym and keep looking?
Flame on, little candle!
What lift are you pretty good at?
Currently doing Skullcrusher and Triceps Pushdown
So... /fit/, i have body measurements today but i drank alcohol last night. We're talking about 2 pints of beer. Does alcohol immediately affect my waistline and whatnot by retaining water or the opposite? (or something like that)
>inb4 dude alcohol lmao
Alcohol will dehydrate you a bit depending on what and how much you drink, but a couple pints of beer should have negligible effects, especially on your body measurements. Don't worry about it senpai desu familia, it's no biggie.
>tfw almost in the 1000 pound club
Good feels thread/Are you a part of the 1000 pound club?
im getting there
I finally benched 180lbs. I've been benching 90lbs for 5 months since I started. Finally feel like I'm getting there and want to share the experience
I hit a new PR of a 175x5 DL about 20 minutes ago.
It's not much compared to a lot of you here, but I'm proud of it.
I keep going up every DL-day too, I'm both excited and scared to see where my stall point will be. I feel I can push to a 200x5 over the next week or so, the 175x5 wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.
If I hit 225x5 in the next two weeks then I will have accomplished 1pl8 & 2pl8 within 30 days.
>be fatass (6'1" 280 lbs)
>going to the gym and doing intensive cardio
>increasing by 5 min every night till I get up to 45 min
>every night i have to eat an increasingly what feels like a disgusting amount of food to keep up with my caloric needs
This is an abstract hell
>tfw wife's boyfriends son is starting to lift
I think he's gonna make it bros..
Running or bicycling, /fit/?
