they worked for me but they take years to achieve a good physique.personally i used a retarded and very simple routine kind of like this along with some planks and crunches.i didnt train my legs until i reached some of the last panels because i didnt want a thick core and legs.im pretty sure you can add more exercises if you want a more functional body.

which program does /fit/ suggest between SS/SL and GreySkull. I've looked into both and kinda prefer SS but am worried about ending up T Rex mode. Would adding accessory upper body lifts mitigate this or is there no point.

I'm a 250lb 5'11, 22 year old chap who's struggled with weight his whole life. 2 years ago I lost 60lbs, got down to 220lbs eating 1300 calories a day. Life happened and I ate my way back to 260 or so.
I've been eating 1850 calories a day along with weightlifting and one or two cardio sessions a week. I should be losing 2 lbs a week, but I've lost 6 lbs in the past 5 weeks.. Literally what could be the reason? Its so annoying. I'm tempted to be stupid and drop down to 1300 again just so the weight will go away....
