What will cycling do for me?
Is it okay to do HIIT 5 days a week (monday-friday) while also doing really low weight workouts(~10kg) 2-3 times a week.

And it sounds pretty hardcore, but it all depends on how well you feel you can recover from it... If you are sore all the time / start suffering from chronic joint inflamation, you are obviously overdoing it. As a rule of thumb remeber that a workout paired with appropiate nutrition should leave you feeling good and energic, not exhausted all the time.

after 6' it gets hard, after 6'2" it's really hard even with drugs unless you ghave amazing genetics, after 6'5" it's impossible to ever look good without AAA+ genetics and drugs

Why the fuck do my forearms feel like breaking apart after i set down the barbell after doing barbell curls?
While i do the curls it feels good/normal but as soon as i release the tension it feels like i got a fractured forearm for like 5 seconds...
only on barbell curls, i dont feel that way on ANY other exercise.
