I actually heard this first at my gym while doing a sick dl set.
So I recently decided to get on the pill, i'm very irregular with my periods so I figured the pill will fix that, and i've also been breaking out lately and birth control can fix that.
The problem is I hear stories everywhere that birth control makes you gain weight. I knew a girl in high school who got an IUD implant or whatever they're called and she gained 60 pounds.
I know the pill doesn't immediately clear up acne or make you gain weight, it's just the pill and you have to find the right one for you. Are the doctor's who recommend...

A very simple concept, my dog eats the exact same thing every single day and he's healthy and doing just fine. His food contains everything he needs on a daily basis and just the right amount of it.
Can I please just have this for humans? Can someone give me a concrete plan of what I need to eat and exactly how much of it? In real ingredients/meals if that's possible. I'm willing to eat the exact same thing every single day if it just cuts out the bullshit.
