What is /fit eating for dinner?
A pound of ground turkey on pita with sliced avocado, tomato, cheddar cheese, and spicy taco sauce. A yellow mango and cottage cheese for dessert . Sorry I already ate it, no pic. I was going to make a frozen pizza but this is way more filling and more protein. And fewer calories since I think I've gone a little too far on my diet recently and lost a little ab definition.

People will scoff at this, but we have so many skellys complaining about not being able to bulk. If you can't bulk eat some fucking junk food. Mac n cheese with a protein shake to wash it down isn't a bad idea at all.
Haven't lost weight this week.
This shit is getting weird. I'm eating 1600 calories and I eat the same shit everyday. I'm doing 1000 calories on the treadmill everyday. I lost 1-2kg a week when I started but last week I didn't lose anything. I thought I'd just keep going. But now its Friday! What in the world is going on? I weigh 65kg and I'm almost under 10%. That's all I want.
This makes no sense what do I do.
Sometimes, about 3 or 4 hours after I down a protein shake, I have this sudden urge to blast a toilet with liquid sludge. Is the protein I'm drinking being wasted, or has it been absorbed or not made it far enough in my digestive system to be excreted?
FYI this happens hours after I drink 1 scoop of ON Whey with water, and no, I am not lactose intolerant
A large percentage of people who consume protein powder have the same issues and nobody really knows why. People would rather pretend its not happening than assume any flaw in protein powder.
My personal hope is that the protein and BCAAs are mostly absorbed and its just the nature of a liquid concentration of protein and vitamins that cause it to be passed quickly.
I just cut all milk products out of my diet. Skins clearing up nicely and I don't have bad gas after drinking protien drinks. Eating mea, eggs, nuts and other shit in place of dairy.

How come none of the big guys at my gym squat or deadlift? I have been going to the same gym for 4 years and I have NEVER seen a big guy squat, and Ive seen literally only two big guys deadlift, Is it because most big muscular guys have had some sort of injury over the years so they scrapped squatting and deadlifting? Or is it because theyve already "paid their dues" and opted for less taxing exercises as they got older?

Ask them why. All the big guys in my gym do some kind of squat and deadlift. Granted I never see them go atg, or they're doing some variation on the diddy like a sumo lift, but it's still happening
