Guys 3 days ago i decided to increase my dumbbell weight and i added 3kg (now 13kg each) i started working out, i could do the exercises but honestly it was hard af and the next day my muscles were hurting so fucking much, i mean they always hurt but they never did this much. did i do something wrong? did i fuck up my muscles?
Also, the weight of dumbbells should vary with the exercises - you shouldn't be using the same weight for lateral raises and shoulder press (as an example). Also, adding 3kg when you started with 10kg is a pretty large increase all at once.

Buy premade marinades at the same store you bought the chicken breasts, put the chicken in a plastic bag with your marinade of choice and let it sit in the fridge until you are ready to cook it. 20 minutes on 450 for breasts. It will be tender and delicious.
