Anyone have any experience with Muay Thai? I am moving to LA and there is apparently a great Muay Thai gym close to where I will be. Very interested and it seems like a very raw sport. 5'10 skeleton here if that matters

Trying to decide what I should skip as far as working out goes. Skip deads and squats for a few days until it heals up? Workout just lighter weights for now until it heals?

Buy premade marinades at the same store you bought the chicken breasts, put the chicken in a plastic bag with your marinade of choice and let it sit in the fridge until you are ready to cook it. 20 minutes on 450 for breasts. It will be tender and delicious.

Do you lose the most fat in the last 10 kilograms of weight loss? I'm 5'9 and down to 84kg from 96kg and still pretty big I can obviously notice differences but still my man boobs are there, round face and my pubis has hardly shrunk just wondering will I notice much bigger differences when I'm 74kg?
