i'm skinny but all of the fat seems to go to my stomach/lovehandles
i started lifting two weeks ago but i'm not sure about my diet. should i eat around 2500 calories or more or less?
if i eat more isn't my stomach only going to get bigger?
Just bulk and do a decent program. Do core work and have good posture -- that'll lessen the belly.

Yes. You will gain fat and muscle. But when you cut you'll look decent. I assume you look shit now, so stop worrying about looking shit in the short term. Just don't bulk like a maniac, get enough protein, and actually fucking lift.
It might be at least partially to do with your posture. I had a really bad anterior pelvic tilt which fooled me into thinking I had quite a large stomach. So maybe work on fixing that.
If you eat maintenance with a decent amount of protein you should be able to slowly recomp. Even if you just clean bulk you shouldn't put on too much extra fat.
If you cut you're not gonna gain any muscle so you'll end up looking worse than you do now.
Im cutting and eating a lot of protein and almost 0 fat. I looked like shit but now I start to look decent. Im lifting regulary and doing a lot of cardio. Im loosing weight, but I noticed my muscles are getting bigger and Im loosing mostly fat. Mybe I just heve good genes or I'm working out really well. I have very strict diet and go to gym 3 times a week + running 2 times a week.
So I tend to have a poop once every 2-3 days, is this "okay"?
It's not like they aren't normal looking or anything, pretty typical IMO, just a day or three gap in between them.
Is there any downsides to these long in between poops? Should I try and force my self to poop more, like with coffee (I don't drink this, but I hear it helps)

I'm 1.85 but 58 kilos. Underweight lanky skelly. But whenever people see me, they tell me that I have a lot of potential in lifting. That I'm wasting my body because I have one of those bodies that can be shaped beyond good.

Moving to a new area for a new job/college. I'm 19 years old and fairly attractive, but I'm pretty skinny. Want to lose my virginity but I feel like this is holding me back. I don't need to be super strong, but I want to look at least respectable. What would you recommend I do to look good as fast as possible?

Have on that is on and off for the past fucking 4 months. Sometimes it's hardly noticeable and sometimes it's fucking ugly as fuck.
I've done all those treatments you'd find with a simple google search.

I've been hitting 40 sets (each set for 10 reps) per workout for the last 2 months and it's been unbelievable.
I always do the 40 sets in about 1 hour so it's intense. Sweat pouring and the muscles are burned the next day.
3x8, 5x5, 3x5, 4x6 and similar set/rep schemes are garbage and IMO you have to be a quick gainer to benefit from it.
So try it out if you can. Beat the shit out of the muscle group you're working that day. You will gain some serious definition and size. See pic related.

I only train one muscle group each day, so thats 40 sets for 1 muscle group.

also when testing maxes for this, I only got to 225lb on bench clean, I hit 245lb but it was kind of ugly and bouncy, what number should I use?
