I'm DYEL and trying to bulk at 2800 is difficult for me. Plus, the smell of chicken (Cooked or raw) makes me gag.
Haven't worked out for a week because of how awful chicken is and everything else is so expensive. Even the smell of Tuna makes me throw up so I can't eat that either.

Presently I'm not upping my weights until I can complete all my reps at my current weight. Is that dumb? I'm not trolling. How many reps should I be aiming for?
Had my first accident in the gym yesterday. Was doing bench press, 95kg, when my previous best was 90. I had been working hard on incline bench and chest flies so thought it would be OK.
3rd set 5th rep I ran out of strength and had to lower the barbell to chest and roll it to stomach. Could have been much worse with no spotter. Slight embarrassment but nothing more.
How have you had accidents in the gym? How? Results? How have you changed your routine after the injury/embarrassment?
