the main thing to remember is when you're doing the second half of the row (letting the chain go back inside the machine) you let the handle go first and THEN bend your knees and follow. Otherwise you look like a retard for making it go up and down over your knees.

I sleep 23 to 7, I eat good healthy food three times a day, I drink a lot of water.

Well I'm pretty sure I'm going to snap my shit up today family. I'm set to do 300x3 and 310x1-2 deadlift today, most I've ever tried is 290 for reps. And if I survive today that means I have to do a 315 arap next week, so yeah it was nice shit posting with you.

At what weight did everyone change from double overhand to mixed grip on their dead lifts? Or did you never use overhand in the first place?
Do you do all of your sets with one type of grip or do you mix and match?
Also what's your favourite grip strength exercise?
I only do mixed grip if I have to
For example if my grip was slipping during my 4th rep, I'll switch to mixed for the 5th.
I do Snatch Grip deadlifts -- they're great for grip strength and other shit

So why does everyone keep telling me I need to eat less sodium? I don't even eat a lot of processed foods and at best I sprinkle a small list amount of sea salt on my chicken or turkey for flavor when I'm eating at home.
Why aren't you doing this god tier cardio and perfecting your legs.
